Last week Thursday, a good friend of mine, Asiedu Acquah, a Ghanaian Harvard student currently undertaking research in London, posted these lines on his facebook wall, "No free access for me to the African historical collections at Oxford University because Ghana, by World Bank rankings, is a middle income country (not poor)."
