The late President J.E.A.Mills would be laid in state at the Banquet hall on August 8.
According to the funeral planning committee, foreign diplomats and dignitaries would first be allowed to pay their last respect after which the public would be given the chance on August 9 to file past the body of the late President.
The President, however, is expected to be buried on August 10.
