The NPP Member of Parliament for Chiana Paga and father of the junior doctor who was killed two months ago, Hon. Leo Kabah has questioned the Ghana Police Service for what he describes as delays in finding his son’s killers.

Dr. Desmond Kabah was found dead in his apartment with stab wounds in May this year.

The father of the deceased, Leo Kabah told Citi News the family is yet to receive the autopsy report.

“We have had series of meetings with the police, I’ve spoken to the Director General of the CID and a number of officers who briefed us how they were going about the case but no definite report has been given as to whether they have had any clues.”

Leo Kabah further explained that “I have been to see the head of Pathology about a week and a half ago and he told me I have to wait for a couple of weeks more.”

The Kabah family had earlier appealed for police protection after receiving several death threats from unknown persons.

They say despite lodging several complaints with the police in the area, no arrest has been made.
