A 30-year-old farmer, Yaw Adjei has allegedly stabbed his pregnant girlfriend to death at Adiembra in the Ashanti region.
The suspect is reported to have killed 20-year-old Efia Achiamaa after she reportedly grabbed his penis during a scuffle Friday morning.
The father of the deceased, Akwesi Boateng in an interview with XYZ News said Yaw Adjei called him on phone to inform him of the dastardly act and bolted right after, leaving the lifeless body of his daughter by the Adiembra River.
“He told me my daughter grabbed his genital organ during a scuffle and hit her with a stick. He asked me to come over to the river and pick her corpse.
“But when I got there he had actually stabbed her in the chin and the abdomen. My daughter is dead and Yaw Adjei is nowhere to be found” Mr. Boateng narrated.
