The Ministry of the Interior on Tuesday reminded the general public that Friday July 1, which marks Republic Day, is a statutory public holiday and should be observed as such throughout the country.
This was contained in a statement signed in Accra on Tuesday by the Minister of the Interior, Dr Benjamin Kunbuor.
